These are Herc's words about this guitar:

This is it, fellows and fans of the swirl artform. This is my final Strat with a custom multicolor finish by me. I was building this for my son but he's so little still and I'd love to see this go to a good home where it will be fully completed into a beautiful one-of-a-kind work of playable art and appreciated for a long time.

This is the First and LAST Strat I do with a matching multicolor fingerboard. I cut no corners on this beauty.

Hercole Fede, 45, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at his home in Mt. Holly Springs.

He was born February 18, 1969, in Venezuela, to the late Giorgio Fede and his mother, Enrichetta Medaglia Fede of Philadelphia.

Self-employed as an artist and musician, Hercole fixed and repaired guitars and loved playing and writing songs. He was a wonderful, loving father, husband, son, and brother.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jessica Wright Fede; daughter, GraceV. Fede and son, Clark A. Fede of Mt. Holly Springs; his sisters, Maria C. and Ana F. and; a brother, Salvatore G., all of Philadelphia.
