One of the family of Custom Shop Diamond Dealer Limited Edition Series, this model was introduced in January 1994 and discontinued in January 1995.

Only 150 of these guitars were built in the Custom Shop and each was graced with a highly flamed 2-Piece bookmatched maple top on a light weight swamp ash body. The soft 'V' shape neck was sculptured from highly figured maple, complete with gold leaf 'Fender' and '40th' Logos on the headstock and a '1954-1994' banner inlay at the twelfth fret.
